Council Scholarship Program
Our 2024 – 2025 council scholarship program is getting started; we will be selecting students for our annual scholarship awards at the beginning of June 2024. The three awards are given in the memory of PGK’s Joseph McQuade and James Costa, Captain Barry Galfano, and the Petrera Family. The program as always is open to all children and grandchildren of any member in good standing, including the children and grandchildren of deceased members who were in good standing at the time of their passing, of Msgr. Delaney Council #5983 who will be entering any college in September 2025 as a freshman. The awards will be given out during the council’s annual Awards Night, which is the last meeting of the Fraternal Year in June 2025 and the recipients are asked to attend this evening to receive them. The amount of the awards is $500 for each scholarship.
Applications must be submitted/received by Scholarship Committee Chairman, PGK Thomas M. Moran, no later than May 31st, 2025 by either email or printed copy. Please contact the Chairman for the applications by email dd14pgktom@gmail.com as well as the application will be posted on the Msgr. Delaney website.
